Who handles the data

What we collect, and why
We only collect what you write in the contact form: your name, email, subject, message.
We use that data for one thing only: to answer you. We do not use it for advertising, we do not add you to any newsletter, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone for commercial purposes.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending the message. You can withdraw it whenever you want, and that does not affect what was done before.
How long we keep it
We keep the message for as long as the matter that prompted it lasts, and for up to two years after the last exchange, so we can pick the conversation up if you come back. After that, we delete it.
If the enquiry turns into work, the invoicing data then follows the periods set by tax law, which today is ten years.
Who else touches it
The site has no database of its own: your message reaches us by email and stays in our inbox. On the way it passes through services that work on our behalf and are bound to handle it for that purpose only.

- Cloudflare · the hosting and the contact form. handles the data on our behalf, so the site works. Privacy policy
- Resend · sending the contact form. delivers the message to us by email. Privacy policy
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, none for analytics and none for advertising. We do not follow you from page to page and we do not build any profile about you.
The only cookies that may appear are technical ones, set by the Vimeo video player when you press play on a film, and they serve to tell people from bots. You can block them in your browser settings and the rest of the site will still work.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection regarding your data, and you can withdraw your consent.
Just write to produz@omeninograva.pt. We answer within one month.
If you feel we have not handled the matter properly, you can complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, at www.cnpd.pt.
Security
The site is always served over an encrypted connection. The message you send travels encrypted to us, and access to the inbox where it sits is limited to the people who work here.
Changes
If this changes, we change the date at the top. The version published on this page is always the one that applies.
